June 16th, 2012
Thanks to the workers that have come lately, we have trim stained, and installed...which meant the sanctuary needed to be cleaned from the drywall dust first! What a job!
The ceiling tile track in the basement is finished now, and the basement can be prepped for painting next. Interior doors are being stained and installed, as well as some of the smaller light fixtures and finishes.
Outside, the lights have been installed, the HVAC ducting completed.
Next will be installing the board fence around the HVAC units, and continuing moving along inside, with trim & paint. The landscaping will be pushed until later in the summer, hopefully the past the hottest part of this summer for the sake of the sod.
Stay tuned for more pictures and updates.
Thanks for your continued prayers and support.

May progress...the work continues!
Time is flying quickly. It has now been just over 7 months that we have been working on this new church building. What a great number of changes have been made to the building! While we hit a few snags in some departments, all in all, the progress has been continuing in small ways. Some of the changes have been unseen, such as upgrading the water and electrical services, rewiring the entire building, and replacing all duct work for the new HVAC units.
Here are some pictures of the progress in May, and the beginning of June thus far.
The tile is laid in the kitchen and washrooms.
The barrier free washroom is framed in. Drywall mudding & taping is nearing completion.
These are the pilings for the HVAC units, being installed in the next picture.
The pulpit area was also halted as a result of the HVAC snags, but thank the Lord, that problem is taken care of, and work is proceeding.
The interior trim is being installed, now that the drywall could be completed since the HVAC passed inspection.
The pulpit area was finished, and the baptismal framed & dry walled and steps built.

As our project continues, we are continually humbled by the outpouring of support from far and near.
Our prayer is that as the Lord used His hands and feet in so many ways in our renovation project, we too, can continue to be used in His Kingdom.
God Bless.
